I am using a template to write a book for Amazon KDP. I inserted a page number and it shows up with line above I can't figure out how to get rid of. see attached screen shot. Thanks!

That is a paragraph border in the footer. It is probably in the footer Style.
Place your insertion point in the footer and press Ctrl+A. On the Home Tab, set the border to "no border." |
