There are literally dozens of Alt key shortcuts. You should learn to use them and leave the Alt key alone otherwise.
I can't leave Alt key alone, because I use Alt +Shift shortcut to switcn between languages. When I do switching between languages MS Word causes showing those square shaped signs on its panel, as it's shown above. And I had to press escape first, then one more time do switch between languages. In other words that's waste of time.
Please don't suggest me to do some settings in Windows. The Windows is OK, and it has nothing to do with this awful drawback in MS Word 2013.
I did some search on the web and I would say that quite a lot of people are facing with that issue and asking for solution. True, I did not learn any working solution on that issue. So I tried to write here.

P.S. It's impossible that there's no solution for MS Word that just disables Alt key when it isn't necessary.'Drawback' is not the word.
