Hello,
I have a word document I have copied and wish to use as a template. When I select a work such as the Question #1 on a form it automatically highlights grey and does not allow me to edit. When I try to change #1 to #2 it deletes the word entirely. I'm not finding a setting to allow me to edit this word. Curiously I have come across this before and it is annoying me. Please help. I have attached an example picture of the document. |

Without actually seeing the problem document (i.e. not just a screenshot), it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

It could be a field result. What happens if you highlight the grey text and then press SHIFT+F9. do you get a set of curly braces with field text between them.
