I have a 50 pages table which so many rows. There is a word in each cell of tables. I want to remove table and keep just words together. How can I do it? When I do Ctrl+S then Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V in another file, all tables come in new file.

Simply convert the table to text - using the Table Tools!

What I see is 'Convert text to table' not 'Convert table to text'. What is your idea?

As I said, use the Table Tools. I did not say to use the Insert|Table function.

The Table Tools tabs will appear. The Convert to Text command will appear at the far right of the Layout Tab. (Depending on your screen size, it may be under Data.) |
