Hello everyone.


I remember in College I used to have a note taking app or something: must have been some kind of word document that took my notes and every time i re-entered class they would post the date when i would add something into the document.
for example:

Monday november 27th 5pm:
"Notes taken"


Wednesday november 29th 1pm:
"notes taken"

anyone have any idea what app i could use or if this feature is even possible with Microsoft Word ?
