G'day - i really need help - surrounded with every Dummies book i can find and still no answer.

First do you think a Travel Journal would work in Word. what i had in mind was one page per day into which i could insert photographs and word wrap around the photograph.
i found the ancore but do not know how to use it.

i would like to have each page divided into two colums and my intention is to email each page home .

could you tell me how to use word rap.
how to secure a picture on a page.
how to email more than one page at a time if necessary.
