No, you currently have a tab inserted at 2.65" of the TOC 1 style. If you reset that tab from the 2.65" to 0.25" it will move the text that currently starts in the middle of the TOC to the left (or, at 0.25") where it should be. (Or, another option would be to insert a new tab at 0.25", then delete the existing tab at 2.65").

I have taken your file (attached) and only corrected the tab in question. You can see the result.
