Have you tried repairing the Office installation (via Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair)?
You might also try exiting all apps, then going to:
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Temp
and deleting all files there.
