Default Learning about styles

OK. Have been working through this and I have some idea how to go on. Got to work at it a bit more.

One thing I am not sure about : I have several articles all of the order of 15,000 words long, all probably with defective formatting along the lines you suggested. They all have to be in pukka order before they go out.

Is there an obvious way to "highlight" the whole document so that I can apply my new style to it ? It seems a bit daunting to physically highlight such long scripts.

I have been looking at your macro. Is this the way to go ?
