To say that you have a mess is an understatement.
I used Shift+F1 to look at your formatting. Word's Reveal Formatting Codes

This is what I found:
The first paragraph has a bit of direct formatting applied.

The second has a mishmash of direct formatting, character style formatting and others. So much so that it took two screen shots to display it all.

Understanding Styles in Microsoft Word

You can get the second one to look like the first one by selecting it and pressing Ctrl+Q and then Ctrl+Spacebar. Then use the Format Painter (Home tab) to copy the formatting from the first paragraph to the second. You will need to select the entire second paragraph when doing this.

Seriously, learn to use styles for your formatting. You will be saving yourself untold frustration.
