Customized Quick Tables not accesible with a locked document

That in itself is an edit - you're changing the document's content.

It's odd, though, that I can insert a Table, a Picture, and a Chart into the document – but not a Quick Table. Hmmm, apparently I also cannot insert a Shape or SmartArt.
