It seems you do have fields - EQ fields - and they're not playing nicely. A workaround would be to put the trailing ] inside the field code (e.g. {EQ \o (4;−])}) with the ] in your normal font.

It looks better now, but there's a space that shouldn't be there before the last 4 and the minus sign. It's only there in print (or pdf), not in the word file.
