This may be or sound like a silly question but, I use a Franklin Covey Monarch Planner and would really like if anyone knew how to get the spacing correct to print on the Franklin Blank Pages.

You would have to fiddle with your font size & line-spacing to do that. Given that Word also uses the active printer's drive to do the layout - which means the output can vary from printer to printer - it's unlikely anyone else could do that for you.
