![]() I am attempting to create a dual purpose form where the upper and lower portion of the page has the same number. I would want to print this single form many times with each page having sequential numbers. I am using Word 2010. |

Where do these numbers appear - in the page header/footer, or somewhere else? Have a look at:

The only difference in the approach you need to take is to insert the DOCPROPERTY field into a single-cell table (not a textbox) that you apply 'around' text wrapping to so you can move it. Having done that, duplicate the table by copying & pasting it. You can then position the two tables wherever you want them on the page.
