Default big spaces appearing automatically in certain parts of the text - how to remove them

Hi,
I have a this problem that appears in some parts of Word documents, when writing or editing.
The texts starts to "enlarge"; the size of the text is unchanged but there are large spaces between the words, and also increased spaces between letters, and it becomes awful.

I have already searched for this problem on Google - I see it's something well known - but I haven't found any solution to my case. No way to make the text become "normal" again.
I use Word 2013.

I attach an example page where you can see the normal text and then the corrupted text with enlarged spaces.

Hope there is someone able to "restore" my text, and tell me how can I do that

Thanks
