First, NEVER use the document map to move parts of a document around. It will corrupt your document.

I no longer have Word 2007 on my computer.
If you right-click on it, can you change which levels are shown?



Are there little + or - signs in the map that let you expand or collapse?

nothing happens when right click
yes there are + and - signs to allow expand and collapse

i wasnt trying to move around things. i only want the heading 4 to show under heading 1 on document map but it is not showing
