Belinda, thank you for taking the time to respond.

I definitely know which drop down menu you are talking about - I used it all the time in previous versions of word.

However in Word 2016, I cannot find that drop down menu ANYWHERE.

In fact, I will upload 2 screenshots.

The first one is of w-2003, which you can see that drop down menu you speak of.

The 2nd one is of w-2016, which I cannot find that drop down menu anywhere...

Can you tell me what I'm missing or where I need to look in 2016 version?
