Hi,

1) To undo multiple items at once click the small drop down arrow located to the right hand side of the Undo button located in the Quick Access Toolbar (Top left side of the Word window). A drop down menu will appear showing you all your recent actions. Use the mouse to highlight the number of actions to wish to undo at once then click with the left mouse button to select.

2) This one is a weird one and not by default in Word 2016. Word 2016 still allows you to easily resize an image using the resize handles located at each corner of the image. If you are finding the picture is jumping or flipping, there is a technical issue happening here. Have you tried using a different mouse? Your alternative to resize an image is select the image, go to the Picture Tools > Format tab on the Ribbon. On the far right side of the Ribbon you will see the Crop, Height and Width options. Adjust the Height or Width of the image using the buttons providing or just type the measurement into the field boxes and press Enter and your image will resize.

Hope this helps.
