Hi all,
I am in need of information on how to create a shaded separator. What I mean by this is, I have headings in my book I am writing. Heading 1 and Heading 2, etc. Heading 1 indicates a new section of the chapter, where as Heading 2 is a "topic". I am distinguishing these by color (and eventually section numbers). But I really would like to have Heading 1 shaded the whole way across the document. Like a solid bar, to really establish a distinguished seperation from headings and topics. Is there any way I can modify the heading format to do this? I have included a photoshopped word page to explain what I am trying to do. Another thing I need is precise control on color - that would be great, as my document follows a specific color scheme. Thank you all!
