Hello
mentioning to this post, I ask my question here too: Have a look at a Table of Contents The numbers format in the Table follows Latin format, not Complex format (in it's Style TOC). I Want to changes it's format (in TOC Style) to make it (numbers I mean) Non-English. Is there a way to do it? More explanation is I want to cut the relation between two formats in the photo. |

This is a continuation of your earlier question: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...-contents.html
There is no way to do this using the automatic table of contents feature. Sorry. You could, in your final draft, unlink the TOC field so that it is ordinary text and replace the numbers manually. You could, also, change the page number format, create your TOC, lock the field, and then change the page number format back. I do not know whether Word will let you format page numbers using the characters you want. |
