About table of Contents

mentioning to this post, I ask my question here too:
Have a look at a Table of Contents
The numbers format in the Table follows Latin format, not Complex format (in it's Style TOC). I Want to changes it's format (in TOC Style) to make it (numbers I mean) Non-English. Is there a way to do it? More explanation is I want to cut the relation between two formats in the photo.
