The problem is that your table has some form of corruption that can only be repaired by converting it to text, then converting the text back to a table again. To minimise the work that entails, use Find/Replace beforehand with:
Find = ^p Replace = ^l to join the lines in each cell into a single paragraph with linebreaks.
