Calculating Tax in Word Doc

Thanks for taking a look at my issue. This works, but I need the tax to be calculated as a percentage of the subtotal. IE: 10% for example. Subtotal = 100 + 10% tax = 10. Is this doable?

You previously said the tax was 8%, so that's what I coded the form for - and as a percentage of the subtotal. If the tax is 10%, simply change the rate in the calculation.
