I'm trying to auto calculate the sales tax in a form based on a drop down but am having trouble. The drop down is Taxable = Yes or No, and the tax rate would be 8%. I have searched and searched but cant figure out the right code to make this function work.
If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

See attached. Note that I've simplified the Price & Total columns somewhat.

Thanks for taking a look at my issue. This works, but I need the tax to be calculated as a percentage of the subtotal. IE: 10% for example. Subtotal = 100 + 10% tax = 10. Is this doable? |

You previously said the tax was 8%, so that's what I coded the form for - and as a percentage of the subtotal. If the tax is 10%, simply change the rate in the calculation.
