Hello,
I am helping my wife with her doctoral dissertation by editing and proofreading. The work is in English, but she has to quote original Latin and French in footnotes. There are over 560 references at this point, so there lots of authors names as well. Recently, Word 2013 complained that there are too many "errors" to continue automatic spell checking so we had to turn it off. I do add words to the dictionary. However, it is obviously very time-consuming to do that for every Latin word individually. Is there a way to use multiple language dictionaries at the same time so that Word doesn't recognize the Latin and French as "wrong." Is there any way to provide more "spell checking memory" to Word 2013 so that it can keep track of more words that it does not recognize (my computer has 24 GB of memory)? Any other suggestions? Thank you. |
