You can set the proofing language for these terms as French or Latin. This is character-level formatting so it can definitely be applied to a single word or phrase.
00 deleteme 1.png See Mastering the Spelling Checker. The best way to do this would probably be to set some character styles for the languages and apply those to the terms.
