Default Microsoft Office Screen Tips Position

Currently I am running Office 2010. Every time I use Screen Tips (the small message box that appears when you hover over something in the tool ribbon), the box appears to the bottom right of my cursor. I want it to appear right under my cursor. Please if anyone can help, that would be great.
