Page numbering help needed ASAP please!

I am pulling my hair out!! I can't get page numbering to work! I started a new section with a section break. Went into the footer, put my cursor where I want the number to appear, unclicked Link to Previous, went into Start at Page 1...NOTHING! Please help! I am on a deadline!

Deadline? Have you resolved it yet? If not, can you share the file, or portion thereof, (removing any sensitive data) using the "Go Advanced" option and attaching the file with the paperclip.

In the interim, I have uploaded an example that "may" help you (compare it with your file).

I did resolve it. The answer was to click Alt+Shift+P. Worked like a charm! Thank you for replying.
