Hi everyone, i am very poor with word and need help, i am using word in the form of a table, with horizonal lines to make a heading and vertical columns, my trouble is when i fill the first page up and go onto the second page it only shows vertical lines, how do i get my second page to look exactly the same as the first as regards lines or if not possible how do i stop word taking me onto the second page, i have a lot of information to put down, thanks in advance for any help given on this subject. Perhaps the information in the last row should be more text. When you bring the last row to the next page you could find solution.
To bring that last row to next page select that entire row >> go to Format >> Paragraph >> Line and page breaks >> check "Keep with next" and "Keep lines together". However, if you want to repeat the heading row in the table you should have to select the table row and >>> go to Table >> select the "Heading Rows Repeat" option. Hope this help you. |

Have tryed your suggestion for " heading rows repeat " exactly what i was looking for, makes my work a lot easier. Many thanks again for taking time to answer, regards Mervyn.
