Perhaps the information in the last row should be more text. When you bring the last row to the next page you could find solution.

To bring that last row to next page select that entire row >> go to Format >> Paragraph >> Line and page breaks >> check "Keep with next" and "Keep lines together".

However, if you want to repeat the heading row in the table you should have to select the table row and >>> go to Table >> select the "Heading Rows Repeat" option.
