![]() I have a document in A4 containing 2 A5 pages, which each page containing images and text boxes. I want to break them into separate A5 doc files. When I make changes on the first page, it creates changes in the second page, pushing the boxes and images around. It would be easier to work with the separate files. These pages are front and back pages of a church magazine, which I edit with new info for each issue of the magazine. I have tried just copying and pasting into a new docs but I lose formatting etc. Boxes disappear etc. |

The reason the second page is being 'pushed around' is because there isn't a hard page break between the pages and, consequently, the text is reflowing between them (as it should). You can obviate the problem by inserting a hard page break at the end of the first A5 page.
