Hi, what is this in word? I want to creat the same thing but i don't know how to do it. thank you!

It is called a Content Control and is most easily inserted if you use the Developer Tab. There are a number of different types. The most comprehensive guide of which I am aware is Greg Maxey's page: Word Content Controls.

That is a context or "right-click" menu. I'm not sure what the context would be. Sorry, I do not read French. From a response in your other thread, it appears that the highlighted field is a cross-reference.

You do not, without a great deal of trouble, create or modify such a menu.
