Is there a way to anchor drop-down content control boxes so entering text doesn't change formatting?

Oh, thank you. I had no clue that was how it worked. I'd been using control clicks (not right clicks, my bad . . .) to select them all but that wouldn't let me highlight the header and body at once.

Is it obvious that I'm fairly new to this sort of thing, by chance?
