Who knows?
 One of the nice perks to being Bill Gates is when one of these crazy things happen with M$ product, you can pick up the phone and have the lead programmer come by and just fix-it!

I bet Bill secretly uses OpenOffice or iWork when no one is looking.
The user said she can just change the font on these documents. There aren't many (that she has found so far) so hopefully it won't be too much of a nuisance. jc
