How to insert a .mov file in Word Document

Hi! I have a flash moving file in .mov format from istock, that I would like to put on a page in my word document. How do I do this?

I did the insert-browse-link to file, but in doing it that way, I'm only able to get an icon to display and not the video itself. I would like to have the actual video show up, just like a graphic does, and start playing instantly when page is loaded.
