Problem with saving as .PDF

Hi,

I'm having a strange issue when trying to save a word doc as a PDF. For some reason, it looks like the document is being saved onto sticker labels. Please see the attachment of the original word doc and the PDF. I'm sure there is a setting I'm missing, but I can't seem to find it.

The problem is caused by the background picture (click Design tab | Page Color | Fill Effects and then click the Picture tab) added to the document. You can remove the picture via Design tab | Page Color | No Color. After that, conversion to PDF works properly.

You have noticed, of course, that "No Color" doesn't make sense when one really wants to remove a background picture...

Yes - initially I just read the first part of the response and tried to remove the picture. Didn't get very far! The "no color" solution would not have been the obvious way to fix this...
