Question Using wildcards how do I Find and Add to, not replace

I have a doc in Word 2003 & have a Find & Replace dilemma.
The document has many (over 1000) different dates in the format:

15/03/26
15/05/16
14/10/02

I know how to find these using the wildcards: ??/??/??
but I want to leave the dates as they are and add a comma after each date.
eg:
15/03/26,
15/05/16,
14/10/02,

I don't know what to put in the Replace with field. I tried ??/??/??, but of course it changed each date to ??/??/??,

Any help appreciated..
Thanks.
