Hi Paul

I do NOT do a single find & replace for quote characters.............

I find say Monday and replace it with 'Monday' and there are many instances of Monday

I have been doing what I described many times on my laptop and got the 1st line result each time

The end result is that I create a .sql file for input into Netbeans IDE

Netbeans IDE does not like the second line as input

Well, if you think you know more about Word than I do, why bother asking...
