Every time I have a problem in Word and try to use the Help function, I get a message saying it is not working. It's so frustrating. Yesterday day I repaired MS Office (the full repair) and Help is still missing.
I have so much work to do and spend half my time searching for ways to solve problems with this program. Is it too much to expect Microsoft to provide a basic manual on how to use the program? And I don't mean videos.
Since the last update, many functions I was accustomed to using every day and now are missing and I can't even find a way to get around them because there is no HELP.

I believe there is no off-line help in Office 2016. If you let Office access the internet, you should be able to get basic help in Office programs.
