Save the document which contains the multilevel list as a template. That way, you can easily reuse your list.

Note that the recommended approach to lists is setting them up with a paragraph style associated with each level. If you haven't done that already, you can do so in your new template. See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...g20072010.html.
