I have been using the Review Function for a long time and it has worked great. However, recently, whenever I modify a document and then save it, then re-open it, it shows the changes were by "author" instead of showing my name, (which is in the proper place in the user name of Word). Additionally, (and even worse), all changes by others are showing up as by "author" instead of their name. The other person checked the document on their computer and it also shows all the changes, regardless of who made them, as "author" as well.
Was there some update to Word that has changed this behavior? Is there something I can do to fix this? Thanks. |
