Default Using Review: indicate the move of a word

I am trying to edit a doc using the review tab on word.

There is clear indication for when deleting a word or when entering a new word. However, when I am trying to arrange the setting to show clearly when moving an existing word, I arrange the settings and when pressing ok it doesn't apply it on the doc.

Any help appreciated.

As far as I know, the only actions that Word tracks as moves are when you use the Alt+Shift+Up arrow or Alt+Shift+Down arrow shortcuts.
