Hello All
I am trying to do something very simple. I have a long document, and I want the page numbering to start on the fifth page of the document. Importantly, I do not want any pages previous to this page to be numbered at all. So, four un-numbered pages, and then Page 1 on the outside footer of the fifth document. Watching various YouTube videos I have managed to get Page 1 on the fifth page of the document, but with the previous four pages numbered 1 - 4. I have managed to get exactly what I want with the first 4 pages un-numbered and the fifth page as Page 1, but only when the page numbered are centered and I want them on the outside. I have Word 2003 and Word 2010 on two different computers and neither has worked so far. Any help most gratefully received. R |
