Here's the one I was working with...
See what happens if you delete the graphic. Heading 1 - set to keep with next. Following text - set to keep lines together. Graphic inserted as floating at beginning of following text. Heading moves to previous page bottom. This is true if graphic is inserted anywhere in following text paragraph.
