Default Multiple text fields for access records

Hi,

I have created a word template that contains text fields that match the field names from an Access database. From the database, I select records that should then be exported to the word template. However when I export (which works well) the records go to different pages. I would like all the records to be listed underneath each other on the same word template page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
