Stefan, you are brilliant mate! Thank you.

It turned out that I had *somehow* changed the Ctrl-B and Ctrl-I keys to Ctrl-Shift-B and Ctrl-Shift-I !! Bizarre and I don't remember doing it, but I must have!

Now reset to what they should be.

Strange how they worked for turning the toggle ON but not OFF though!

Anyway, many thanks again from this humble Aussie sheila.
