Hi.
Thanks for the quick reply. The text when copied looks like the following: -DPHV +HQGHUVKRW 75(1721 3/ This was three address lines to a USA address. Never are two 'pastes' the same. It has only started since installing Windows 10. Any assistance would be appreciated as I do quite a lot of copying and pasting. Thanks. L. |

What happens if you paste the text into, say, NotePad instead?

I have tried copying and pasting from an EBay purchasers address and all is ok. It is just Amazon books text. The text below is copied from the Amazon packing slip information. This is what I get when pasted to 'Word.'
-DPHV +HQGHUVKRW 75(1721 3/ <25. 6& This is the name and address of a USA purchaser. I feel it most be something to do with the font. It means I have to manually type all the Amazon names and addresses into my dispatch label which is a pain in the but. Any ideas? |
