I wish to replace words as followings:
From: haveve a day To: haveve a nice day Please see: http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...pscvrbhhtq.jpg It contains underline, strike through, bold and none, for just an example. How can I edit the words in to be replaced box of replace window? I tried using ^c, which is to paste clipboard. But it takes too many steps which are too complicated and are NOT editing the words in to be replaced box of replace window. If MS doesn't provide any means to do so, is there any add on program to extend Office capability for this, or any other means? Sincerely |

Assuming all you want to do is to insert 'nice', without the underlining, the simplest method is to use a Find/Replace with the expressions concerned:
Find = haveve a day Replace = haveve a nice day If you've copied/pasted 'haveve a day' into the Find box, you may as well paste it again into the Replace box as well and type in the 'nice'.
