The problem seems to lie in when the endnotes extend beyond one page. If you change the Endnote Text style from double to single spaced, you can see it moves location.
Interestingly, I can't replicate the problem behavior in your document above. There must be something screwy about my attached document. <attachment removed> Last edited by AwesomeFresh; 07-06-2015 at 08:24 PM.
