Actually it can be done manually, but I search for a solution in which Word do all (even updating it) like what Index or ToC are done with Word itself.

The fact that the task can be done manually suggests that it can also be automated in code, but it doesn't mean that writing the code is uncomplicated, as Charles and Paul have already said.

That's simply not going to happen. Since Word doesn't have any built-in functionality to do this the way you want (e.g. via a field), anything you create, whether manually or via a macro, will be static. The only way of updating the output would be to be to manually edit the list or have your macro delete it and re-create it from scratch.
